To enable the Parish Council to continue operating during the current pandemic, GMPC have taken out a Zoom licence to enable the Council to hold virtual meetings.
These are held at the normal scheduled times and members of the public are welcomed, indeed encouraged, to participate.
If you would like to see your council in action, from the comfort of your own home, then contact the clerk for the meeting invitation.
Normal council rules apply in that the meeting will commence with an open forum when anybodies’ input is welcome. The meeting then moves on to its published agenda. Members of the public are welcome to spectate but cannot take part during this part of the meeting
